Grace Kids Jr. (3 years - Kindergarten)

At three years old, kids graduate to GKJr. This division consists of a large group worship and story time followed by a small group time with discussion, crafts and games. We want our kids to know who God is and how much He loves them. We intentionally walk through the Bible each year. We start with creation and continue with several Old Testament stories, Jesus' ministry and His church. We vary the stories from year to year to keep it fresh and exciting. Our goal is for your kids to understand how the stories fit together into one big epic story. We focus on a new memory verse once a month that is tied to that month's stories. It's not just important to know God's story in our head, but to hide it in our hearts as well.

Weekend Programming

GKJr Classes are offered during all service times for ages 3 years-Kindergarten. Weekend programming consists of Kids Worship (our kids church service) and Small Groups (our version of Grace Groups for kids).

GKJr Outreach

We want our GKJr kids to be outward focused too. During our large group time we are learning what it is like to live in a part of the world where there are no known followers of Jesus. What would it be like to live there? Learn a new language? How can we pray for Jesus followers that go to these parts of the world? Would Jesus want them to grow up and go themselves one day?

Summer Breakout Jr. (SBOJr)

SBOJr is our version of VBS...but so much more. Each June we offer SBOJr for three days. This is a time for us to dig deeper in an extremely fun filled way. There will be a large group story time, crafts, snacks and outdoor activities.

Child Dedication

We believe salvation is a personal decision. We do not offer baby baptisms. However, we do offer Child Dedications several times a year. Child Dedication is different from baby baptism, because it is the parent standing in front of the church making a commitment to raise their kid to follow Jesus. Kids will get a chance to make this decision for themselves later in life.
