What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Don't be an idiot. Changed my life. Whenever I'm about to do something, I think, "Would an idiot do that?" - And if they would, I do not do that thing.

What do you do for fun?
I really enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids. I also love to hangout and have deep conversations with close friends.

Hard work and kindness will always take you further than idle talent and unleveraged intelligence.

I love training for half marathons/marathons, watercolor painting, spending time with my husband Cole, photography, reading and exploring coffee shops.

My husband & I take the Spyder and Ryker out for a spin any chance we get if weather allows. I also spend time with my kids and granddaughter and they bring so much joy to my life

I enjoy disc golf, working with my hands, and spending time with my family.

Create a safe and pleasant environment for people to attend, worship and encounter "Jesus"

What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Always communicate crucial conversations face to face whenever possible and never hold a crucial conversation via email or by phone. Respect the other party enough to meet with them face to face.

What do you do for fun?
I love to be outdoors whenever possible. I enjoy golfing, fishing, camping, going to NASCAR races and taking short overnight trips with my wife.

It's a tie between Gladiator and Rudy. Both inspire perseverance!

It's half-leadership, half-teaching. I'm the senior leader on staff helping to lead the church and I lead the weekend teaching team. The most important thing I can bring is a heart that is close to Christ, fully surrendered to Him, and praying like crazy that God does great things for His kingdom through us.

"It's not your church."

I support the Executive Pastor with administrative tasks, and other projects. My goal is to stay one step ahead of him so the staff initiatives continue to move forward.

"Different Pace - Different Place - Different Perspective" When you're stuck, do something to get out of your normal routine.

What do you do for fun?
Anything outside with my girls! Walks, parks, bubbles, swimming, swinging, and especially playing in the snow.

I support our global and local partners, plan mission trips, and work with our campuses to get people mobilized in Outreach to spread the name of Jesus in every avenue of life.

I play hockey, hang out with friends, and snuggle my dog Gouna.

I get the privilege of working with artists at Grace Church and the surrounding community to use their gifts to worship God and point others to how good He is. My hope is to empower people and give them the opportunity to use their gifts and also support them along the way inside and outside the walls of Grace Church.

Focus on today, not tomorrow.

What is the best advice you have ever been given?
“Keep the main things, the main things.” This variation on Jesus’ words from Mathew 6 has kept me focused on what’s truly important in life.

Get outside, exercise, hang out with people I love.

Wow, that’s a tough one… it changes with the season of life I am in. I would have to say that my current favorite is Psalms 16:11 – “You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” I am trying to live my life being present with the Lord from moment to moment.

What is your favorite movie?
I love all kinds of movies, it’s hard to pick a favorite. So, I will go with the movies I find myself quoting the most: Nacho Libre, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, Dumb and Dumber - Holiday classics like Christmas Vacation, Planes Trains and Automobiles. I know… they’re not exactly the height of sophistication, but they are filled with quotes that seem to fit most every life situation.

As Campus Support Involvement Director, Campus Connections/Involvement Direcctors to help guests feel welcome (guest services) and then connect to their next step (assimilation)..

What is the best advice you have ever been given?
There are 3 kinds of people. Those who make mistakes and repeat them. Those who learn from their own mistakes and don't repeat them, and lastly, those who learn from others' mistakes and don't make the mistakes in the first place. In other words, seek out wisdom from others.

What do you do for fun?
I love to craft, make things, and work with my hands. I love to dance; I can't hold still when I hear a beat! I like to stay fit and healthy. I would love to find a workout class to praise music.

I maintain our church's database by ensuring all data is accurate, oversee room management and the event calendar, and provide support for ministries by assisting with setting up event registration.

What is the best advice you have ever been given?
You can make many plans, but the Lord’s purpose will prevail. (Proverbs 19:21)

What do you do for fun?
Relaxing with my husband and our four boys, baking, watching movies/Netflix, reading, planting flowers, working out.

Maintain a clean and safe building that people can experience the love of Jesus at. 

What is the best advice you have ever been given?
The things that annoy you about other people, you often find doing yourself.

Helping addicts and alcoholics break the chains of addiction through the power of Jesus Christ and the 12 Steps of Recovery.

I get to lead the Campus Support Grace Kids team that creates all of the kids curriculum and resources that our campuses use. We create almost everything from scratch for the weekend services, SBO, kids classes, and kids events. Best job ever!

What is the best advice you have ever been given?
“Figure out what you love to do, and then figure out how to get paid to do it.” For me: I love Jesus and I am passionate about education. What better job could there be than leading a Kid’s Ministry team?

What do you do for fun?
One of my favorite things to do on my days off is to create and sell preschool curriculum and resources to teachers around the world via my little website.

I memorized Proverbs 3:5-6 as a little kid to earn a sticker on a chart. I'm so glad I did, it has been a great reminder for me to trust and follow God in all things.

I have a ton of favorite movies, but if you judge a favorite by the number of times viewed and/or how often I reference and/or quote it then the clear winner would have to be The Princess Bride. It’s been a favorite since I was a little kid and the number of times I’ve watched it is truly inconceivable.

I interview, train, schedule, and manage Caregivers to provide Childcare during Grace events so parents can attend events without the added challenge of having to coordinate childcare on their own.

To “Let go, and let God”

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, shopping, getting manicures and pedicures, and watching tv shows and movies.
