Group Starter - North Overland Park
Group Starter is a one-session event designed to make it easy and enjoyable for you to find ways to grow at Grace Church!
Finding a community to grow with can sometimes be challenging. With busy schedules, kids' activities, and uncertainty about how to join a group or study, discovering a place to belong can be tough. That’s why we’re hosting **Group Starter** on February 2nd to help solve that problem.
Group Starter is a fun social event that will help you understand how to grow at Grace, find an opportunity that fits your needs, and sign up.
Whether you’re looking for a group, study, huddle, or just want to learn more, join us for **Group Starter**! Lunch will be provided, and free childcare is available for those who register.
What to expect at Group Starter:
- Lunch- a time to enjoy eating and meeting other people looking for places to Grow
- Session 1- Learn about why community and spiritual growth is important
- Dessert Break- Stand up and explore the dessert table. Each study group and other Grow opportunities will feature a small table with a unique and delicious dessert. Take your time, stretch your legs, and explore the available ways to grow that suit your needs while enjoying these tasty treats!
- Session 2- Sit back down at a table representing the Grow opportunity you are interested in pursuing. This session is all about sharing our spiritual journey with one another, and starting to build community with people who may be in your new group/ study/ huddle!
- Check out- Be sure to stop by the checkout station as you leave the event. Let Andrew, our Connections Director, know if you found a place, would like more information, or have any questions! Our goal is to help everyone find a place they love and can grow in.
**Group Starter** will take place on February 2nd, following the 10:30 service.
