Sunday, October 4 at 10:30am, all three campuses come together for one service at The Theatre in the Park in Shawnee. No services at any Grace campus that morning. Bring your chairs. Food trucks follow, 12-2pm.

Use your safety-conscious mindset, skills, and desire to keep people safe as they worship and serve at Grace.
Conduct safety sweeps, look for safety issues (DLR), watch for anything that could be a safety issue.
Coordinate with other team members to address issues.
Participate in safety training with the team.
Follow SRT procedures for handling emergencies (missing person, fire, severe weather, disruptive behavior).
Monitor safety cameras to assist a Safety Response Team in promoting a safe environment at Grace.
Look for anything that doesn’t look right and report it to the SRT Captain by radio.
Assist the SRT in monitoring movement throughout the Facility.
Follow SRT procedures.
Assist a Safety Response Team by keeping the volunteer schedule updated.
Coordinate with the Campus Safety Director to keep informed of scheduling changes.
Put the names of those serving each date into the scheduling tool.
Use your medical skills to assist when medical emergencies occur.
Be on call for medical emergencies.
Coordinate with the SRT Captain to address those emergencies.
Help inventory and maintain First Aid kits.
Use your finely tuned observation skills to notice and report potential safety risks
Walk through all accessible areas at a Facility as you use your fresh set of eyes to identify potential risks or safety concerns.
Use the established procedures and forms for reporting what you notice.
