Grace Care - Volunteer Roles

An active Prayer Response Team member is responsible for ensuring the person assigned to them is contacted to let them know they are being prayed for. The role has the following responsibilities:

• Regularly attend weekend services at Grace Church
  

• Have an active prayer life
  

• Have attended Explore
  

• Agree with and adhere to Grace’s statement of belief
  

• Respond to prayer requests by Friday
  

• Males will be responsible for contacting males; females will contact females
  

• May communicate via text or phone call
  

• Will alert Care Ministry of any ongoing needs requested
  

• Need to utilize the Grace Church Portal
  

• Regular attendance at team meetings
  

An active Benevolence Team member will join another Benevolence Team member to meet with individuals seeking financial assistance from Grace Church. Team members also help decide whether or not Grace can be of assistance. The role has the following responsibilities:

• Good financial sense and a desire to help others become financially stable, while pointing them to a relationship with Jesus Christ
• Growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Regularly attend weekend services at Grace Church
• Have an active prayer life
• Have attended the Explore Class
• Agree with and adhere to Grace’s statement of belief
• Respond to Benevolence Applications for your campus
• Will coordinate with the Care Ministry Director of any needs requested
• Need to utilize the Grace Church Portal
• Regular attendance at team meetings
• Be a regular financial supporter of Grace Church
