You would be the person telling the story to a large group of elementary-aged kids on your weekend (with crowd control support from their small group leaders). We do what we call E.P.I.C. storytelling. (E=Experiential, P=Participatory, I=Image Rich, C=Connected) so we are looking for animated, high-energy, well-prepared, fun leaders to lead these large group lessons.
All lessons and supplies are provided for you.
About once a month for all services on one weekend a month (frequency may vary by campus). All lessons and supplies are provided for you. This position is for teens or adults. This position is primarily for adults, but exceptions can be made for teens who are capable of such a role. Training is required for all volunteers working with kids. Background check required for those who are 18+.
You and at least one other volunteer would be in charge of leading welcome activities at the beginning of each service (provided), helping with crowd control during the large group time (a Storyteller will teach the story for you), and leading the kids in small group time. Small group time is a simple activity/game, comprehension questions, and free time. Training and all resources are provided.
Sundays during a weekend service (about an hour and a half). Weekly or Bi-weekly. All lessons and supplies are provided for you. This position is for teens or adults. As always, we ask our volunteers to attend one service in addition to the service they volunteer in. Training is required for all volunteers working with kids. Background check required for those that are 18+.

You and at least one other volunteer would teach a 5-minute lesson (provided), do a simple craft with the toddlers, and most of all show the love of Jesus to nursery-aged kids and their often-anxious parents by providing exceptional loving care.
Worship Leaders lead our preschool-aged kids in upbeat worship music. Songs are prerecorded and sung along to a lyric video. You would be in charge of introducing songs to help our kids understand the meaning, interacting with the crowd of kids, leading the kids in the provided actions, and teaching the monthly Bible verse (provided).
We are looking for highly energetic leaders with a heart for teaching our kids how to lead worship both by example and in words as you introduce songs.

This position is typically mostly led by teens, but we do need some adults to help in overseeing the teens and coaching them as well. This is a team of both adults and students who care for the kids of parents who are attending an event, class, or training at one of our 3 campuses. During this time, you will play with and take care of the kids you’re watching.
This is babysitting during events (not weekend ministry) so there is no curriculum, but you will be provided with the supplies needed to provide top-of-the-line care.
This is an hourly paid or volunteer position. Our largest needs at this time are adults with Wednesday night and/or morning availability. You can set your availability to whichever campuses, days, and times you’re able to work. This position has a lot of schedule flexibility, but shift availability is based on scheduled events (no guaranteed hours).
Must be 14 years old or older to work as a paid youth worker and 18+ to work as a paid adult worker.
This role is for those who are highly organized and love to set up rooms and pull supplies for weekend services and/or organize closets and resource rooms. Needs vary at each campus.
This team typically works during the week during normal business hours but with flexibility within that timeframe. This role has a fairly flexible schedule that you can work out with your Grace Kids Director.
As needed, you choose which division and service that you prefer to sub for (nursery, preschool, elementary).

All of our Kids Worship and Kids Worship Jr Large Group services have audio and visual components (lights, sounds, worship lyric videos, slides, etc). You would be in charge of running these things smoothly to provide the best atmosphere possible for the kids' learning and the Storyteller teaching.
We’re looking for someone who can follow along in a script and follow prompts from a storyteller to make sure the correct things appear on the screen as prompted in the lesson.
Training on equipment is provided. Equipment is maintained by our Production staff team (you’ll be running it, but don’t have to know how to fix it)

While the exact details of what is needed varies by campus, this role could include things such as sending birthday cards, scheduling vendors for events, packing new kid gift bags, etc.
Here in Grace Kids, we create our curriculum and resources in-house for all areas (large group, small group, SBO, Tribes Camp, etc). We’re always looking for more people to join our Campus Support Content Creation Team.
We are always recruiting for a variety of talents including curriculum writing, video creation, video editing, photography, worship planning & action creation, basic admin skills (such as distributing digital resources for our campuses), creative brainstormers, engineers & builders, proofreading/copy editing, puppeteers, songwriters, scriptwriters & others with various theater backgrounds, and so much more.
This is a mostly virtual volunteer role with occasional seasonal meetings. You would work with our Grace Kids Campus Support Team to create content for various divisions. Most Content Creation can be done on your own time with extremely flexible schedules. We are looking for those who can keep a solid deadline. We write months in advance in order to equip our Campus Teams in a timely manner.
