This team will play a vital role in creating, planning, and executing engaging events for 5th through 12th-grade students (and sometimes GS leaders and parents as well) at Grace Church. This role includes brainstorming, managing event logistics, scheduling, developing promotional materials, communicating event details, and coordinating with other volunteers. Volunteers on this team will work alongside our GS campus support team leading up to every event to ensure all details are in place for the event. This role has very flexible hours with an increased time commitment leading up to and during each event.
At Grace Students we create all of our curriculum, resources, and media ourselves. This team works alongside our GS Campus Support team and encompasses a variety of different roles including resource creation, digital media, and curriculum development and review.
If you are interested in graphic design, social media, photography, videography, editing, curriculum writing, curriculum review, brainstorming, planning, proofreading, or anything else related to content creation, we would love to have you work with our team to be a resource for Grace Students. This is a mostly virtual volunteer role with occasional meetings. Most content creation can be done on your own time with extremely flexible schedules.

This team assists a campus and/or campus support team with basic admin tasks during the week such as sending birthday cards, scheduling vendors for events, prepping and distributing materials, etc. Tasks can vary week to week depending on which campus you are working with and what is needed. This role has a fairly flexible schedule that can be discussed with the GS director at the campus you are working with.
